We’re looking for a digital product industry professional who has experience in dealing with client services. As a company, we provide high touch and customized services to your clients, and as a client service executive, this means you will have to build valuable and strong relationships with clients from start to end of all projects.
We have a long standing presence within Toronto’s startup ecosystem, working with many companies in the digital space, and we are pushing forward to expand our business internationally as well.
Ideally, this also means being comfortable working with the co-founders Lee and Matt, and the rest of the Say Yeah Team to constantly be in the loop and update clients on latest developments in every stage of the process.
You’ll have a desk at our downtown west Toronto studio, work closely with Lee Dale, who has over 15 years experience leading digital product initiatives. The goal of your role is managing the business client relationship.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Experience in managing the delivery of digital product design and build
- Experience in managing client expectations and building relationships
- Administration experience
- Effective negotiation skills
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
- Comfortable managing and coordinating with project stakeholders
- Experience with apps as Asana, Slack, Evernote, Google Apps, Mac/Apple and CRM tools
- Able to easily get to Clients by way of Public Transportation and Auto.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be a focused on developing and maintaining long term relationships with our clients. You will coordinate and manage client facing and internal deliverables throughout the project. You will coordinate internal efforts of work to resolve inquiries and communicate results with client. You will be required to proactively track and monitor the health and status of the projects and track all changes.
We’re looking for a client services executive to join our team who is both organized and can run multiple projects simultaneously, but also someone who is at ease in front of clients. Your role would involve planning and conducing regular project team status/review meetings, documenting client progress. Most importantly you will have to build credibility with the internal team and also build external relationships by understanding the challenges of the client and addressing those issues through effective and constant communication.
