We deliver high-touch services and customized experiences to our clients. For this role, this means collaborating with strategists, designers, and researchers to strengthen our company outreach and visibility online to find and keep the right audiences and potential customers.

The perfect digital marketing analyst has a never-ending love for all things data. You also work extremely well with others, as your role will require you to collaborate with just about every team at Say Yeah. You never hesitate to challenge the status quo way of thinking, and constantly strive to seek new knowledge.
This role requires a combination of marketing, technology and analytics experience. You will be accountable for supporting initiatives across all digital channels including SEO, mobile applications, and much more. You will also help design and develop new reporting solutions to meet program needs as they arise.
You’ll have a desk at our west end Toronto studio, primarily working with Matt Rintoul, and on occasion Lee Dale, who both have over 15 years experience leading digital product initiatives. Lastly, due to the versatility of our business, they don’t mind working with a myriad of brands and businesses on a daily basis.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Proficiency in Excel, able to utilize scripts, tables and formulas
- Problem solving capability
- Expert in Google Analytics and reporting campaign performance
- eCommerce, B2B, media, product marketing or related experience is a key asset
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
You will be responsible for tracking data analysis and patterns that enhance or create problems for our clients as it relates to their product or online service. The majority of your days will be spent making suggestions to improve the performance of marketing campaigns. You will conduct landing page analysis and optimization, testing them to sharpen conversion rates. Other specific tasks include creating KPIs to analyze content effectiveness.
The digital marketing analyst supports CRM initiatives and provides key insights to current and future supporter segments to insure they align with organization goals. You will report on user satisfaction scores, determine correlations between user behaviour and online satisfaction, and work with our other teams to come up with strategies on improving the overall user experience.
