We’re looking for a digital product or IT industry professional who has had at least 2 years in the role as a project coordinator.

The goal of the project coordinator involves managing and updating the communication of multi-projects to our team and clients.

We have a long-standing presence within Toronto’s startup ecosystem, working with many companies in the digital space, and we are pushing forward to expand our business internationally as well.

You’ll work remotely primarily and occasionally visit us at our downtown west Toronto studio. Ideally, this also means being comfortable working with the co-founders Lee and Matt, and the rest of the Say Yeah Team to constantly be in the loop and update clients on latest developments in every stage of the process.

Job Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills with strong presentation skills
  • Comfortable managing and coordinating multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience with apps as InstaGantt, Asana, Slack, Evernote, Google Apps, Mac/Apple and CRM tools
  • High speed internet access, recent MAC or PC with camera for video calls

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will be a focus on proactively track and monitor the health and status of the projects and track all changes. You will translate client conversation notes into tasks for both parties and document these notes in Asana or any other PM/CRM tracking tools we use.

We’re looking for a project coordinator to join our team who is both organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, with little supervision. We need to trust you.

We’re professional in our work, but light-hearted in the office.
