I’m headed out this evening to UofT to catch David Janes as he demos his new project, The Internet of Things Database.

He’ll have on hand Raspberry Pi, Arduino, WeMo, Hue, Electric Imp, SmartThings and Bluetooth Low Energy devices and show how all these devices can be intuitively controlled together using only a couple of lines of code.

After getting our SmartThings and Hues working together at the new office, I’m really looking forward to this.

See you tonight at U of T’s Bahen Centre for Information Technology, at 7:00p.
