We’re looking for an innovative UX designer to join our design team.
We deliver high-touch services and customized experiences with our clients. This means collaborating with the clients, strategy, design, developers and project managers to deliver high-quality screens that functionally and visually fit perfectly within the ecosystem of the project.
The perfect UX designer will have a keen interest in creating outstanding customer experiences. They have the ability to define user requirements and use cases that drive your design decisions. Producing interactive data visualization is a thrilling task for them, and they can also effectively evaluate user interactions and customer journeys (i.e. determine how products/software impact users’ workflow).
You’ll have a desk at our west end Toronto studio, primarily working with Matt Rintoul, and on occasion Lee Dale, who both have over 15 years experience leading digital product initiatives. Lastly, due to the versatility of our business, they don’t mind working with a myriad of brands and businesses on a daily basis.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Fluent in English (written and oral)
- Knowledge of UI and UX fundamentals and processes
- Skilled at creating visually appealing mockups and visual assets
- Ability to collaborate with teams and work by yourself
- Problem solving capability
- Proficiency in visual design tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and related platforms
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be focused on the visual design process involving research and analyzation, design, transformation of digital products, and interaction. You are able to transform research outcomes into viable product experiences. Planning design and interface with teammates is second nature. You are confident in delivering exceptional user experience models on both web and mobile.
We are looking for a UX designer who is able to multi task, working on different projects at the same time, and someone who has an eye for detail and precision. We need you to have a creative as well as strategic process while approaching a project from wireframes to final high quality mockups that should be ready for development.
