Azadeh creates journeys of discovery and innovation to help RBC’s internal teams create differentiated customer experiences and strategies. Azedeh is a business designer and innovation strategist with a Psychology and Visual Arts undergraduate degree complemented by an MBA from the Rotman School of Management.

While being a design researcher, service designer, and facilitator, Erika specializes in change processes and building adaptive cultures in large and small organizations. Erika holds a masters degree in Human Systems Intervention, and has worked with clients in multiple sectors, including hospitals, finance, mining, arts and culture, and telco.

Shelisa joins the panel with over 15 years of Corporate Leadership experience working with Canada’s leading organizations, including Maple Leaf Foods, Labatt Breweries of Canada, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Loblaw Companies Limited to name a few. Today, Shelisa works as an Associate with Agile by Design, a Toronto consulting practice that helps organizations accelerate along their journey to increased agility by leveraging a thoughtful, design driven approach to organizational change.

Director, Business Readiness, Ontario Digital Service at Ontario Government

Anne is an innovative team builder and intrapeneur, who is passionate about the value of public service. In the last 3 years, she has led public service transformative projects including Ontario’s digital talent strategy as part of the start-up team in Ontario’s new Digital Government Service, creating the Ontario Government’s Behavioural Insights team, and developing one of the largest public service intranets in Canada, InsideOPS, following an agile approach.

Lee has spent the past 15+ years working with organizations to help them realize the transformative capabilities of digital.

From customer experience to service delivery, Lee’s day-to-day at Say Yeah is spent coaching organizations—from public sector to industrial, sports to finance, and many more—on how to leverage technology and human-centred design processes in ways that grow revenue while reducing costs and inefficiencies.
