So, you have a problem with your app. There’s something confusing your users. What do you do?
Do you, say, add “giant bold text” poorly instructing your users how to navigate around your shoddy design? Or do you fix the design and eliminate the need for completely ridiculous instructions?
But I guess we already know the answer to that question.
