Who are we?

Say Yeah, Inc. is a boutique consulting agency that has been helping business with digital transformation since 2008. Our website at is a key communications tool, along with our email newsletter, social networks, and other platforms.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

Personal data is generated from technical processes such as contact forms, comments, cookies, analytics, and third party embeds.

When you communicate with the Say Yeah, Inc. website such as through our contact form you consent to the collection and use of your information by Say Yeah, Inc. The information we need when you communicate online with Say Yeah, Inc. may include your name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. This information allows us to keep you updated on the status of your projects and/or ensure that we are providing you with content that you have requested.

Say Yeah, Inc. also makes every effort to keep all personal information it holds, including contact information and billing information, accurate, complete, and current. Say Yeah, Inc. will update any changes to personal information when received, in writing, from you. If Say Yeah, Inc. holds personal information about an individual which can be established by the individual to be inaccurate, Say Yeah, Inc. will take reasonable steps to correct it.

If you have any questions regarding the personal information held by Say Yeah, Inc. you should, in writing, contact Say Yeah, Inc. s Privacy Officer at 157 Adelaide Street West, Suite 373, Toronto, Ontario, M5H 4E7 or at Say Yeah, Inc. will respond to any written requests within 30 days of receiving written notice. Say Yeah, Inc. will keep records of enquiries and/or objections and will document their resolution. Say Yeah, Inc. will conduct all investigations in a timely, fair, and impartial manner.

Absolutely NOT! That’s why it’s personal.
