Ravinder supports strategies for developing and delivering online courses and training for higher education and corporate ecosystems, both local and international. She also supports strategic business development, sales, partnerships, and the company’s overall efficiency, innovation, and growth.

Ravinder joined Say Yeah from the post-secondary sector, where she led Universal Design for Learning initiatives. She strongly believes that the intersection of accessible technology, inclusive design, and the science of learning provides a vision for the future of barrier-free education.

What truly drives Ravinder is connecting with others through empathy to build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships that widen possibilities and enable change. With over 20 years’ experience in education and partnership development, Ravinder has developed expertise in cultivating relationships that leverage technology and ideas into products and programs. Her extensive experience working in evolving organizational teams, coupled with a Master of Science in Psychology, enabled her to develop a strategic mindset and systems thinking approach to influence transformational change.

In her spare time, Ravinder loves to spend time with her extended family, explore Toronto’s many cafes and restaurants, and take trips abroad.
