Ravinder leads the educational team, overseeing the development and delivery of online courses and training for higher education and corporate ecosystems, local and international. She leads strategic business development, sales, partnerships, and the overall efficiency, innovation and growth of the company.
Ravinder joins Say Yeah from the post-secondary sector, where she led Universal Design for Learning initiatives. She strongly believes that the intersection of accessible technology, inclusive design, and the science of learning provides a vision for the future of barrier-free education.
What truly drives Ravinder is connecting with others through empathy to build collaborative and mutually beneficial relationships that widen possibilities and enable change. With over 20 years’ experience in education and partnership development, Ravinder has developed expertise in cultivating relationships that leverage technology and ideas into products and programs. Her extensive experience working in evolving organizational teams, coupled with a Master of Science in Psychology, enabled her to develop a strategic mindset and systems thinking approach to influence transformational change.
