Morgan's expertise at Eighty-Eight is in working with small businesses, innovation teams at larger brands, and on SMB/tech-related projects with larger brands. Her team has worked with Infiniti, Telus, RBC, and Torstar on launching new ventures, and they often complement existing AORs to provide domain expertise in tech and small business. Morgan can speak to how to complement AORs with smaller agencies for specific projects with required industry expertise, how to approach launching new revenue streams or products within a larger brand, and why existing internal/external comms teams may not always be a fit for innovation teams.
