Lee has spent the past 20 years working with organizations to help them realize the transformative capabilities of digital.
From customer experience to service delivery, Lee’s day-to-day at Say Yeah is spent coaching organizations—from public sector to industrial, sports to finance, insurance and more—on how to leverage technology and human-centred design processes in ways that increase market opportunity and engagement while reducing costs and inefficiencies.
This is accomplished by guiding teams towards delivering exceptional, accessible, and inclusive experiences across all consumer touchpoints and related services through the system strategy framework which identifies and aligns consumer needs and organizational capabilities.
I have given talks on a number of topics relating to service design, digital strategy, and inclusive design in Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, at SXSW in Austin, TX, and as a tech industry analyst for CTV News.
Lee has lent his time to NGOs, not-for-profits, and startups consulting on social engagement, communications, and user experience. As part of the Together team, he leads a series of initiatives to help shape a more inclusive digital community, including raising over $400,000 through the annual holiday event, HoHoTO, running a series of youth programs to encourage the next generation of diverse professionals, and supporting exceptional underrepresented leaders with the Disrupting with Digital events and video series.
He spends his leisure time traveling, DJing, and photographing the great travel moments he has the good fortune of experiencing.
